"Well like the other gentleman, I am a bad apple too. My experience with Carpets By Kuniej is less than satisfactory. LVT flooring was laid in March of 2021 on my entire first floor. Fast forward to today, September 2022 & boards are popping up everywhere & chips (I thought that was nearly impossible with this type of flooring) throughout. Made several calls from November 2021 through February 2022 with little response. Frustrating to say the least. A great business upon first meet but their install was poor & follow up lacking."

I did cancel once, not a reason they should ignore an issue. Funny thing, when we first met, I made sure to tell them visible seams were a huge issue with me."
