"I booked this appointment weeks ago, and my regular hair stylists couldn't get me in. She finally got to me after squeezing in a couple of cuts, 30 minutes after my appointment time. I got a quick foil across the top, and she charged me more than i usually pay for a all over foil at a real salon. Do not go here for anything more than a quick cut. Im afraid you will be disappointed."

"My granddaughters first haircut ! The hair was asked to be kept . Instead of banding and keeping it neat and usable , I received the hair in a tangled mess in an envelope. What a waste ! You can't replace a " first" cut. You gave her a stupid card " for receiving her first haircut from a " Cost Cutters" team member,. But, Joanna, you destroyed $100 worth of irreplaceable first cut hair that was headed to an artist . Total disappointment. So, if you are planning on donating your hair to locks of love, or would like to keep the hair for any reason, go to a licensed hairdresser !"

"Shawna (I hope I spell that right) is the best. Normally I get my haircut done pretty rarely and just go to a random person every time but I’ve gone back to her twice. She really listens to what you want and gets it done for you. I have super thick hair so a lot of haircuts have left my hair looking “blunt” and “choppy” at the ends but she layers it so I don’t look like Dora. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely keep coming back."

"The absolute worst to get your hair done. I came because their website advertised a wash and finishing style for $15.95 and my normal stylist is on the other side of the state. I normally go to my stylist and get my hair washed, cut and curled and it takes 40 minutes all together. Come to this place and for a wash and curl it took 2 hours! The stylist asked if I wanted loose or tight curls and I said in between. She didn't even curl it! My hair is wavy. My hair has more curl to it if I had just taken a shower and let it air dry. I have a very important event tonight that not only am I going to be late to, but now my hair looks terrible. And to top it off, even though the website advertised $15.95, I was charged $40+. At that price I should have just went to a real salon and paid an extra $5. I am so deeply disappointed that I am balling my eyes out at how terrible it is. This stylist needs to find a new profession, because someone with no training would do a better job."
