"If I could give them zero stars I would. I was charged twice for a pair of shoes! To begin with no one had a name tag! They refused to give their names! And refused to help me out! Jimmy jazz on North Riverside is horrible! Bad experience horrible customer service! The main guy at the front working the register kept taking off his mask! Horrible horrible and I will be letting others know how poorly their customer service is!"

"Failed to get the managers name. But horrible experience. I'm not going to say the whole story because this whole point of the story is the attitude of the workers there. Primarily the manager. There was an issue with my boyfriend & I's purchase. I asked to speak to the manager, which then announced herself rudely. I told her that we hadn't even been there 5 minutes ago & we would like to return what we purchased. But she again, rudely recited the store policy. Obviously our fault on misinterpreting the store policy, but I just couldn't understand why they wouldn't make an exception if it was not even 5 minutes ago. She just kept getting agitated & rude while I spoke to her calmly and respectfully, I have worked in the retail business so I completely understand when people walk in being rude. But that's not even the point, the point is on how the manager handled the situation she was extremely rude & had such a bad attitude. Definitely not going back to this jimmy jazz (North riverside park mall) hopefully jimmy Jazz, you guys pay attention to the type of people you're hiring."
