"You can call 100 times and no one ever answers the phone. They have phones so people can find out information on the phone before they drive to the store. This store needs to be closed if Steve Madden can’t get their employees to answer the phone for customers with inquiries like normal companies do."

Natalie not only took my phone order a few weeks ago but ended up doing my exchange (I decided I wanted a different shoe) and she took care of me with ease. She went above and beyond. Despite the store being super busy and hearing some customers being ridiculously rude from the second they approached the store, employees were accommodating and so sweet. "I use to be an avid Steve Madden shopper, it’s been a while since stepping into a store front. I was just at the Rosemont location and all it screamed to me was lawsuit waiting to happen. Boxes were thrown all over the places, employees were texting, talking and lounging around. I grew up with “ if you got time to lean, you got time to clean”. The place literally looked like it was ransacked. It was only a couple hours after opening on a Sunday so I can’t imagine it being a mess like this so quickly. If I didn’t absolutely need a pair of heels, I would’ve walked out. Corporate, so you find this acceptable? Is this location always a disaster?"
