"They didn't have very much inventory. But the employees we pleasant."
"The cashier forgot to give me my bag and after I returned to the store, I received no apology. I told the cashier I wanted to exchange instead and she ignored my request and gave me a refund. Then I got a big attitude from her and the manager. Fatima and her manager need to be retrained in customer service and neither care about customers. I have never been treated this way as a paying customer."

"Yesterday, my visit to Ross was very nice. I went looking for some hair clips for my hair but I walked out with a blouse. That is very nice I think. I want to wear it on a date with my husband as soon as I get back to Texas. I’m looking forward to it. Ross never disappoints I love Ross."
"Do not recommend shopping here as this location is transphobic. And doesn't respect pronouns. The worker displayed in the Image called a female a male and did not allow for their significant other into the same area. This we're not as inclusive as the mug Infront of their station stated. Will not be returning to this location."
