"On 11/14/23 in for fun and to check out things! Staff was really friendly, especially Iliana. She was really sweet and helpful with letting us know with sales, and offered us boxes for the jibbits. She also gave us a little cardboard holder for the jibbits. She truly embodies customer service, and was very friendly and just a fun person to talk to about not croc related!"
"I was looking for a specific croc design and one of the employees told me they unfortunately did not have it in stock at their store. Jada over heard me asking for that design and then shows/hands me the exact crocs I asked for! & said they were an online return. What an Angel, I was so happy to find them in store! "Really disappointed my family was turned away from this store because we had a red stroller cart that the mall itself provides. We were told to leave it somewhere because they arent allowed inside, which made no sense to me since they were allowing normal strollers in there. We left immediately due to the inconvenience, without even getting to shop because leaving our stuff unattended wasn't something we were willing to risk. Extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would."
