"I’ve been supporting this store since the early 2000s and way back when they owned one in Vernon hills as well, remember that? This was the first time I walked in and walked right back out. The employees have been rude in the recent past, but this experience was awful. On top of that the music choice was not fitting for this store. I’m sorry, I really am sorry since I’ve bought purses, jewelry, tees, hoodies, patches and stickers and a huge James hetfield poster (remember when they had those huge posters 2001-03?) and other posters. This store has really declined in merch and customer service."

"Terrible introduction, we were ther for 2 mins maybe. The old lady berated my son for putting a finger on a shirt to show us a picture. We also came into the store while the old lady was complaining to an employee about some girls stealing something she had no proof they stole. We barely made it in the store and left right away."

"Shirts are awesome but the first time I went there, this girl working there acted like she didn’t see us standing there and we waited 5-6 minutes while she was messing with boxes, and we literally were about to leave till I said something and she said, “what?” And I repeated, “can I buy this?” Then she said, “I couldn’t hear you” then that was that and I bought the shirts. Today I was just there and that same girl was there and we didn’t have to wait this time but she started blowing her nose and wiped her snot right in front of us and kept touching her nose then proceeded to touch out purchases like nothing of it."
