"Did some clothes shopping with the kid. Overall experience was fine. Employees were courteous and prices are alright. Main problem is they removed the changing room for boys/men and now have only one fitting room in the girls department. Not a conducive setup to try and get my grade schooler (boy) to wanna go in and try things on which he doesn't like to do anyway. Please fix this issue.. at least put it in a neutral area of the store."

"I am very disappointed that Kohls does not allow their 15-30% discount to be used on name brand athletic wear. And that they seem to place the same style regular priced items next to discounted ones on shared racks, leading you to believe everything under that brand is on sale. Just take a look at the Nike polo shirt rack this week at the O'Fallon store, for example. They also need to provide a lockable walker storage rack near their wheelchairs with coil wristband keys. We shouldn't have to engage with store staff to set them aside in random places, then have to seek them out in order to retrieve them. Overall, I've always loved Kohls and will continue shopping there. But seriously, Kohls, why offer senior discount days if you're not going to make the store more easily accessible to them. From a marketing standpoint alone, it would seem like a win-win all the way around."

"Great department store to find a good bargain. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The store has plenty of both handicap and regular parking."

"Ordered online for a pickup. Very easy to go in and pickup orders paid for. Only downside was that customer service is at the back of the store, and they didn't check to make sure I had the correct order. I am glad my order was still there, because someone could have easily gone in and just grabbed it."
