"I took my 2013 subaru in to get a new tire at about 12:45. He said to come back in a couple hours (2). They took almost 5vhours to change it and they scratched my original subaru rim...... To top it off when i asked if i could have them replace the tire for me he said all the technicians left. So i had to replace the tire on my own. Never coming back again. Disappointed cause its my 4th time there. And my last."

"I really appreciated that on a busy Saturday afternoon Mike, who was in charge, figured out a way to get my tire checked and repaired with a minimal wait. He knew I had a 60 mile drive to get my grandsons and wanted me to be safe. He is a real asset to Firestone. Plus he's a good person who promotes Boys and Girls Club through donations through Firestone. Bravo!"

"This place has got to be one of the worst firestones shops. I took my car in there (camry) for an alignment I called the day before to ask if I drop it off will it get done that day they advise they can get it done. I dropped off the vehicle. I get a call later that day if I can leave it because they couldn't get to it due to it being short staffed. Mind you my alignment is warranty and it almost feels like they push it off since it's warranty. Didn't think too much of the situation so I said fine I had my wife's car to use for work. Next day I pick up the car and make an appointment for my wife's car. While making the appointment the sales person ask if it warranty? I mean I don't think it should matter if it's warranty or not.... I am booking an appointment for service. I make the appointment fast forward to today I dropped the vehicle at 2:30pm my appointment was at 245 I believe. The sales person again says I will call you once it gets done. I get a call at about 5:50pm stating that I need to leave the vehicle or bring it in the morning g to get the alignment done. Why are they booking appointments if they don't get met or get pushed off to another day. Again this goes back to maybe its warranty so they push it off to meet their sales quota. This is pathetic already if it the staff? Is it guidelines of firestone or what is it? But this place has horrible customer service, horrible appointment schedules. They need a different game plan. The only reason why I guess I still go there is because it's the only one otherwise I would love to go to another. Staff definitely needs an improvement. Now I have to wait another day for my alignment to get done something that's takes about an hour to do. Mind you I do understand if alignment is completely out of wack but it's not it's just maintanance I am doing. I would not recommend this place to my worst anyone not even my worst enemy."
