"I don’t often write bad reviews , but I have brought shoes two different times and always have to come back multiple times before he gets the job done. He probably doesn’t need my $20 repair but it’s bad customer service . He had almost 6 weeks to get it done and promised me to come back again but still the same excuse … ..the machine is broken. So if you are willing to drive back and forth multiple times this is your place to go. And you cannot call ahead to check as no one answers the phone and he has not set up his voicemail after I recommended to him that it would be nice if I can call first before driving to his store that the repair is finish. I will never come back to this store."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. My shoes and purse strap repair was supposed to be done Oct. 13th. I JUST picked them up today Jan 16th. The work is done so shoddily I have no words. The stitching is crooked, he cracked the material on each side of the purse and didn’t tell me and made the long strap an extra 5 inches longer than the long strap already was. I will NEVER come back here or recommend this place again. Customer service was horrendous."
