"Never answer the phones. Their UPS access point is so messy and not organized. They have boxes laying around everywhere. They dont even know where packages are. I went to pick up two packages and they said they didnt receive anything. The owner really rude had said that UPS didnt deliver that day. my UPS tracking had said they were delivered and signed by somebody. I went there again and showed them proof of the signature and then they decided to give me my packages. I will not get my packages dropped off at this location again!"
