"I bought a hat, and they didn't take off the security tag. It's not my fault they didn't take off the security tag, so why am I not able to get it off and be able to wear it? Not to mention the door did not go off when I left. I ended up taking the tag off, not realizing that I need the tag and not just the receipt, which I did have. The manager wouldn't even take off the security tag when the same looking hats with the same looking price were literally right there. I did walk in and the alarm did go off, but again when we exited the store the alarm did not go off. What a joke. I been a customer of rainbow before a long time, but now I don't even want to shop there!!!"
