Double Take Consignment

"I have consigned with Double Take consignment two times. The store and staff are very professional and friendly as well. I had an item missing from my pickup and was so happy and surprised to I receive a phone call letting me know my item had been found!!! I had seven days to pick it up. I’ve consigned with another consignor and absolutely would never go back there again. This place is top notch!!!"

"I have found some great things in this store, however the poor winter maintenance of clearing snow and ice from their parking lot behind the store, the sidewalk along 2nd St. (Rte. 31) and the area and sidewalk directly in front of the store is inexcusable for a Downtown St. Charles prime retail merchant. It is snow packed, icy and dangerous. The store is located at a major intersection, Rte. 64 & Rte. 31, Main St. & 2nd St. It is either the owner of this business or the City of St. Charles, Public Works Department’s responsibility to oversee the safe access to City sidewalks on a daily basis. I will not return to Double Take Consignment if the owner has no interest in the safety of St. Charles residents and customers."

"Awesome consignment store and the prices are not unreasonable. I wish there was a bigger section of boots and work out clothes. Other than that, I would have rated it a 5. It seems to be clean inside and there are options for men and children. It’s hard to find a mix like that in consignment stores."
