"The restroom is close to the fitting room is closed early they don't take your return unless if you have a receipt if you don't have a receipt they give you $.50 or$2 credit for the clothes that you spent $50 or $40 or $20 or $10 it's not worth it to go there"
"I used to love shopping here but their availability and stock have changed. There’s only 1 or 2 cashiers open which means the lines are super long. They also barely have any clothes that fit properly and the quality just keeps going down."
"I worked for this store at Ross St.Charlesfor three years. I enjoy my work and 20 % discounts. No benefits for part-time worker. No paid time off. If you get sick, No pay. No medical and No dental benefits. The job are full of multi-tasking and hard-worked. If you like to go to the bathroom at St. Charles Ross, it’s not always available. Managers in the past 2 years and 11 months are fantastic. I’m happy to work for my past Managers. Very friendly, caring, and supportive. Management now in my opinion is not supportive and caring."
