"Brought in my favorite & pristine Keen sandals (that I’ve taken such good care of) because the sole was coming apart from the uppers, but when I went to pick them up there was glue all over the whole toe area on the leather and straps. Additionally, the protective rubber toe (which was in tact and perfect before) was ripped in 2 places and separated from the sandal, which there was no issue with before. Now they not only look horrible and very shoddy, the toe is separated from the upper. He charged me $25 before the work was even done, and now they are damaged. I wasn’t even offered my $ back or an apology for the destruction. I will never go back!"
"Rob did an excellent job replacing the soles on my 9 year old Redwing work boots. The workmanship and overall end result exceeded my expectations by far, and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommend Geneva Shoe Repair."
"Brought in my 41 year old pair of Red Wings and a younger pair of Johnston Murphy Optima dress shoes to be resoled. Went with the Goodyear rubber sole similar to the original sole for the Red Wings. Replaced the leather sole on the Optima with Dainlite soles. Workmanship was excellent, turn around time good and the prices were fair. I thing I have found a new cobbler for my future repairs. If your looking to resole your dress shoes I highly recommend the Dainite soles. They handle wet weather better than leather."
"I’ve had my daughters figure skates fixed here twice. Each time they were quick and professional. This past weekend, my daughters skates broke and I needed them repaired ASAP. She’s competing next weekend, and has practice on Monday. This place is closed on Sunday and Monday, so I was concerned that they may not be able to get them done the same day. The guy I worked with assured me he’d prioritize them, and he did. The quality of work is amazing and so is the customer service! I will also add that one time the item I chose to have them put on my daughters skates didn’t work out. I immediately called them and they fixed them at no charge. Fantastic guys working here!"
"Update: the Vibram soles they replaced are cracking straight through, I'm not sure what happened but $70 later I have boots that need to be repaired in less than 6 months. Unacceptable repair job! Took a month and two tries to fix my boots but the resole of my Army desert boots seems to be holding up well."
