"I had called a few tire shops in the area and was quoted an astronomical price for tires and installation for four tires. I called Discount Tire thinking that their prices online were too good to be true but I would see what they said on the phone. A guy named Forest who was super friendly answered the phone and told me he was going to get somebody that could help me further and place me on a brief hold. Rod the gentleman who answered the phone next was even friendlier than Forest and assured me that they had the four tires in my size in stock and that he would get me in today if I came there after purchasing the tires online no matter what the appointment time said. He held true to his word and even met me in the parking lot with my keys when I was returning to pick up my vehicle as I was on my lunch break from work. I was keeping one of the better tires from the floor that I replaced for my spare and Rod even double checked in my trunk to make sure that it was there before I left. When it wasn't he had one of the technicians bring it out to the car and he was also extremely friendly. These seem like honest hard-working people who just like to be friendly to the customers. I will be using this shop for years and years to come! Highly recommend if I could give it 10 Stars I would!"
