"First time here and they were Super friendly and professional! Made my toddlers feel welcome and comfortable the minute we walked in. This is very important to me since my toddlers are always scared to go to the dentist! They also explained to me every detail of the procedures they will conduct on my kids in a manner i could understand everything! They answered all my questions and made sure i always understood every step! I won’t mind driving an hour as long my kids are well taken care of! Never left a dentist office before with a happy toddler until now!! HIGHLY recommend!!! And they are bilingual another plus!"

"I've been a patient here since I was a child and I have never had a bad experience here. I used to live close by but didn't want to transfer out so I choose to commute 45 min to get here. I'm always able to get my routine appointments around the time I want if I'm scheduling with enough time in advance. The few times I've called for emergency appointments I'm able to get in within the week. I 100% recommend this place and the staff there is the BEST!"

"There's so many things I could say about the women dentist that works there. She runs the place like a chop shop in and out in minutes. Never seen someone do dental care so fast in my life ( probably because it's complete chop job) no empathy compassion or patience. All she cares about is getting the next patient in the seat as fast as possible. Also, im pretty sure the gas tanks do not work. She did like 6 cavities in like 10 min and my child still complains about them. The first visit my daughter was extremely scared so they wrapped her entire body up. My child has sensory issues to noises (drill) and she kept telling my daughter she was being a bad girl for crying and when my daughter moved her head she would grab it and pull it back. Also my daughter said she was hurting her meaning she needed more novicane and she ignored her, and continued working If your going to work with children you need to be understanding, have empathy, compassion and MOST OF ALL PATIENCE. Anyway she ended up getting so pissed she walked off and Nurse came back to tell me she was done working on her and just left us in the room without saying anything else and booked us for ANOTHER MONTH OUT. We go back today and my 5 year old is still traumatized from the last encounter nor would she fully allow my daughter to take some time to relax and get that gas in because her other 10 patients were waiting. The only nice people were the nurses and front office. My daughter was fine around those staff members and they actually compassion and know-how to talk properly to a 5 YEAR OLD. My Child freaked around the dentist. Now I will say my daughter was not responsive today or allowing anything to get done so they referred us but said to drive by and stop in because who who knows how long it could take to get her in and they barley answer the phone. This dentist office has horrible reviews and it's all factual and for legit reasons. I wouldn't send my kids here and if you have no choice I wouldn't bring anyone under the age of 8 to 10 years old. Feel bad for the nurses and staff who are actually kind and know how to speak and work with young children because that dentist makes the whole place look bad."
