"Dr. Sawyer and his staff are true professionals. He and the staff were very courteous and I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship. This is an update to my previous review. During my last follow-up visit with Dr. Sawyer, I found him to be very unprofessional. I was his first an appointment of the day and I showed up on time. I waited for 30 minutes and watched as he took care of two customers ahead of me. He didn't bother to explain why I had to wait until it was my turn to be helped. He said he was waiting on his helper to arrive but she was late. I would have understood if he had mentioned this during my wait. I never returned ro his office again and would not recommend him as my preferred dentist."
