"During one of the hottest weeks here, my blower fan went out in my Rogue. I took it to my friend who knows a lot about cars. We did all the diagnostic tests. All pointed to the blower fan. I called Jack’s at 10:30 am. We talked I told him what was wrong, he said bring it down. 2 hours later my car is dropped off. He looked at them time and said he wouldn’t have it done until tomorrow morning. I told him no rush. 8:15 am the next morning, Jack calls me to tell me my car is ready. I was shocked. Not only did he get my blower fan fixed, he changed the oil too. I truly can’t say enough good things about this shop. Jack knows his cars! He is fast, efficient, and truly reasonable. The customer service I received was amazing. Thank you, Jack and team. My car gets nice and cold again!"
