"We used to absolutely love this location and Sebastian.We first wanted to get full coverage insurance. We kept getting different quotes from different people, which was confusing to us. Than we were told a certain amount that we agreed with and then they took out a whole different amount. My dad called and spoke with Robert who was involved in this, and we asked if we could go back to liability. Everyone we spoke too, including Sebastian said we could go back and it would be taken care of, and it wasn't. We called again and keep getting Robert, he said he would work with us for the payments. Because we could not afford what they wanted to take out when that was not mentioned prior. Then of course, more money gets taken out, we call again and Robert said he forgot to change the amount. He's unprofessional and was disrespectful with my dad, which I do not appreciate! We decided to cancel with them because of all this. We called this location as well as the customer service number and asked multiple times, when we can cancel will we still get charged. Because if they were going to take out the money then I would wait until the end of the policy before I go with another insurance company because I couldn't afford to pay two insurance companies. Everyone said we can cancel anytime and they can't take the money out. So, we cancelled and got a new auto insurance company then of course the money was taken out yet again. We called them and they said when it was cancelled the person did not select the option for the payments to not got through anymore. Now, they are trying to say we might not get our full refund and have to wait 2 weeks! This is absolutely ridiculous! We should get a refund for the full amount immediately. We have been more then patient. We will never deal with this location again. We just want our money back, please."

They have looked out for my family and have helped us save money on our premiums. They are never too busy to answer my questions as Robert patiently did today. Really appreciate what they do!"
