"Jonathan Alde was the physician. He made my daughter wait two hours after the original appointment that was made the day before. When he came in, he said he was the only physician but only after I had to ask about the wait. Never an acknowledgment of the long wait time let alone an apology.When he finished the appointment which was not the most helpful and no more than 5 minutes ,he said “last but not least.” My appointment was at 6:45 and a few people came in after us, why were we last?? Then, after leaving, I realized he did not call in my prescription like most physicians do unprompted and he did not follow the notes to have it sent to my preferred pharmacy. Who is this guy??? Service was terrible today. Midway express clinic is two minutes away. I’ll be going there from now on. If there is an extended wait, they should let patients know so we can decide if we want to wait two flipping hours when there’s another clinic across the street!"

"First time at this location and we loved it! The check in was very fast and my boys were seen right away. They loved Dr. Alde!! My youngest is usually terrified by being in the doctor’s office, but Dr. made it so much fun for them, and really put them at ease. He took the time to explain what the problem is, and the solution. Highly recommended!!"

"Excellent experience. The doctor and nurse were really patient and listened to all my concerns. They also answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. I got nervous having to get bloodwork + a shot, but the nurse was really patient with me, was reassuring, and communicated through the entire process. The receptionist was also very kind. I was so nervous walking in, but left feeling really comfortable. The facility is also very clean. They do require masks, but they are readily available for patients at the front desk incase you forget yours. It was a great experience! Thank you all for your help."
