"It was ok. But the front desk was not very knowledgeable about billing. They gave me one price I had to pay. And I signed an agreement on that price. Then when I was done with my treatment and was ready to pay they change the price on me. He said o we forgot to add your Deductible to it. I would have not got the treatment done then. I would have wait till I had more funds in my account. So I wasn’t happy with his mistake that cost me 5 time more. Always ask and make sure they are giving you the right correct payment amount."

"I had an appointment in August called and canceled the appointment a week in advance and was told everything was fine. Rescheduled my appointment for November but because the dentist actually cancelled on me. So I was then booked for December. I then was told I missed 2 separate appointments which isn’t true and that I was billed $90. The employee on the phone then proceeded to hang up on me and was very confrontational. I’ve been going to this dentist since 2017 never had any issues always a pleasant experience and I left reviews after each visit. It’s a shame to be treated in this manner I am disappointed."

"I recently received a phone call from this office informing me I owed $600 from an appointment I had in January of 2022. I was told an invoice was mailed, but returned by the post office due to having the wrong address. Funny how the person on the phone recited my address correctly. Owing $600 and not being informed until almost 2 years after the appointment is ridiculous. Having to call the office 3 times to get an itemized bill after paying the $600 even more ridiculous."

"Extremely rude staff, cancels appointments same day because they weren't able to additional unneeded services. Do yourself a favor and find any other dental services anywhere."
