"What do you want in an insurance agent? High integrity, helpful, responsive. Mike is all of those things. I've known Mike for more than a decade. I've found his advice sound, prices fair and his service after the sale unbelievably good. Seems like once a year, around tax season, I'll need to call him out of the blue and get some tax information. Boom! He's got it. More recently, I got into a fender bender, and needed a quick answer to how you handle the incident on the road (police, no police?). He answered his cell after hours, and gave me everything I'd need to handle the claim aspect simply and get us on down the road without further inconvenience. I think a lot of commercials focus on the sale, which makes sense, but I can attest to more than that with Mike and Farmers. To borrow a phrase from New York Life, they are company you keep."
