"I have been with Farmers Insurance for over 5 years now, and over time the company has increasingly gotten worse. I used to feel the company touched base with their clients and would be helpful and made you feel comfortable. Over the last two years, they have increased my rates, changed my policy from annual to semi-annual which means they are increasing my rates every 6 months(without, to me, legitimate reason- Company cost increases has nothing to do with my insurance coverage). Above all else, their customer service is poor, they guarantee to give call backs, or speak with your agent (whom you,yourself can rarely get in contact with) in regards to your concerns,yet it never happens. When an issue is addressed with them, they DO NOT attempt to come up with a solution, rather give you the run around about it. I am DEFINITELY not one to take time out of my day to write a review, but when I feel I have gotten no where over the last few months I feel it necessary to voice my opinion. I will definitely be switching my insurance soon. EVEN that, when I spoke with a rep and express how upset I was and was about to cancel, there was no concern shown simply said "you'll need to submit a cancellation letter". Trust me this will be done SOONER THAN LATER."
