NEVER go off their word!! What ever you do!! Simple things such as rental car coverage. We pay $475.00 a month and they lie and tell you are covered well and you are NOT!! They lie and tell you to be careful with leaving because other companies might not have the converge this place has, then you find out that Jeremy Henry's office has the bottoms of the barrel coverage. "My partner and I moved from out of state and at first signed up with two different agents (we are not married so we did the transfers separately). Ross was AWESOME from the beginning -- getting my policies transferred seamlessly. After experiencing a hit and run on my car and then a stolen catalytic converter on my partner's vehicle, my partner ended up switching to Jeremy's office DUE TO ROSS! The other State Farm office was just not up to par in helping him deal with the theft claim (so many run-arounds... 4+ months..). Ross immediately helped us understand what stage the claim process was in and expedited the fix with Toyota.
