"Beware of this specific agency. The staff will not try to assist you in saving money. They will do whatever to increase your rate. I was with an agency in CA for almost 2 years and moved to Houston and was sent to this agency. The guy who wrote the policy messed the auto and renters policy up from the beginning. When I tried to tell another staff member of what had happened she took up for the staff member and basically called me a liar. Instead of listening to my concern and trying to listen to me she told me the guy had been with the agency for a number of years and questioned my complaint. Then the took off several of my discounts and increased my rate at over $190 for the next term then was told basically too bad from the agency. There are a lot of other choices in the Houston area so make sure you shop around and find an agency who wants your business and will try to help you and appreciate you. This agency obviously didnt want my little price of business and showed it. The office customer service is just awful. I have never felt so disrespected by my insurance agent as I was with this agency. Thanks for not listening to my concern and making me feel like a liar. Terrible service!!"
