"They added 2 complete strangers to my insurance without my permission...then jacked up my insurance rates. The killing part is that they wouldn't even try to correct it. I asked for my policy to be terminated...to no avail. I have to complain to corporate before getting assistance. The English speaking male insurance agent went so far as to insult my intelligence by trying to quote laws on why it was legal for them to steal from me. Not cool at all. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Cancel my policy already!!!!"

"After several calls and emails of me trying to cancel insurance to a car that we sold, I got no where. Several days later, my husband calls to cancel the policy and he got it done with just a call and a policy number. He wasn’t asked to provide an email with all the info like I was asked and submitted. The agents I dealt with are rude and unprofessional who either rushes to get off the phone or talks over you and not listen. I have several emails that are left unanswered. I have emails that had enough info for them to cancel my policy and still it wasn’t. I will never use them again. I will not refer anyone to this business! I’m just glad this is over."
