"I first called my aunt's agent to make an appointment to make changes to her policy at her request, she told me to get in line. A week later I drove her to the office on seamist Dr, where I was greeted with unprofessionalism. The lady who was helping me,went on lunch at a desk in open view, said someone else will help you. This lady didn't want to make copies. What is really going on."

"I went here to take care of some paperwork and the front office lady by the name of Joy and the district manager was so helpful. I was a little stressed out and Joy was able to answer all my questions in a professional manner. She even got some water for my brother because his blood pressure was high. Thank you Joy for all your assistance on our visit."

"If I can get them a zero I would. This is company is so horrible. They don’t know what’s going on with nobody account and barely know any information when you asked them. The front office people will lie and say others on a conference call and then you call them on the cell they say oh I’m in the field. This company is a mess over complete mess over. They don’t return the phone call you have to call them and get an attitude for them to understand your issue. I wouldn’t refer nobody to them. When it’s time for a payment they will harass you like it’s crazy. They will stalk your life and pop up at your residents without even calling."
