"Awful customer service. They do not answer their phone, email, website portal messaging, nothing. Once they charge you they forget about you. Also, I cancelled a policy for a home that was sold, and they seem to be just keeping the pre-paid premium. They owe a refund for at least 10/12 months and are illegally holding it. I gave them, over the phone, updated address information as well as made sure their system was updated online before I cancelled. There is no excuse to hold the money. Shady. I'm absolutely done with State Farm for good."

"If you prefer an agent that NEVER EVER returns phone calls this is your agent! My original State Farm agent retired, and my account was given to Tristan Sutton. Since then, it has been a horrible experience. Most recently found out that the insurance that I thought I had had never been finalized on his side. I will take my blame for believing this action was completed as I was led to believe. Two other State Farm agents reviewed what I had been provided and stated that based on the paperwork I should have had insurance and it looks like the paperwork was submitted incorrectly. There are too many agents to waste your time with someone that doesn't have your best interests at heart."
