"Wow, what a super place to have any service work done on your golf cart. From the time I walked in the front doors I was treated with respect. My cart really needed service badly, I thought I was looking to have to purchase a new one. However they repaired what could be repaired and only replaced parts with what couldn’t be repaired. The cost was more than reasonable for the service work they performed. As for customer service you will not get any better than they gave me. They picked up my cart at my home when they said and they called me with a quote within 2 days like they told me what it will cost. They explain clearly what work was required to get the cart in good working order. Once the work was completed they called me and told me the cart is ready and they will bring it back to my house. The price I paid was the price I was quoted. The cart runs better than it ever has since I owned it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service to there golf cart. "They have had my golf cart since Dec 21st 2021 and as of today, January 30th, it is still not repaired. Every time I call, it is something else; batteries (which were purchased Nov 2021) incorrectly installed, charger shorted the charging port, motor shorted out and looking for a rebuilt, reverse not working. On and on and on. I just want my golf cart back. Brad Shields and Lorne (?) very difficult to contact. Very poor customer service and non-existent experienced technicians. A disaster. Update: Cart delivered February 4th. Running okay. Advised that batteries not very good (????) nad may not last long. Rebuilt motor a little rough but it works. Riding home Saturday night and NO LIGHTS. Checked today, wiring not connected for headlights and taillights. Ugh. Very shoddy sloppy lazy work."
