"Love our golf cart and the staff was great"

"We purchase a golf cart last year from this place. Wife called for a price for a roof on evolution cart. Owner was very rude with my wife and was told to go buy roof somewhere else. He couldn't determine shipping price on roof!!! Don't buy there, all they care is about selling and won't help you after sale.. customer service was horrible!!!"

"We were pleased at first but only about a week owning the top section of windshield fell off (literally were driving and top half came off) and took a chunk of paint off of front. The top section was scratched when it hit the ground. (first set of pictures). Windshield replaced at our RV site and new front end ordered….since brand new we did not want ‘just a touch up’. They wanted to charge us $95.00 to pick up cart. We said no, we did nothing wrong, it’s a warranty issue. They did pick up and redeliver for no charge. Upon return today there was 3 cosmetic dings (2nd set of pictures) that were attempted to be repaired but as soon as I saw the cart I pointed them out to driver. I did not refuse delivery as we need the cart but showed driver and immediately sent text and pictures to Robert. He said he would order the touch up paint for us so we could repair ourselves and that they will do nothing else for us. As we continued to talk, he insinuated we damaged the windshield ourselves (which makes no sense…we had it for less than a week and it was brand new!). As I told the owner, if I saw this type of damage in show room I would not have accepted, why should I have to accept the damage now on a brand new section. I understand that things can happen during delivery and install but we are very disappointed with how things were handled with items that should be taken care of under warranty."

"Came to ask about a part I needed because I was recommended the location. Couldn’t help me but the Owner was very rude and stuck up when I asked for some information to narrow down my search which he had on his computer but didn’t feel he needed to share because he wanted a tip. Zero customer service."

"I will never do business with this company again. They are so worried about being paid that they will hold your product ransom until they get it. I work for an organization that has vendors submit an invoice and then we pay them. We could be giving a vendor a lot of business if they are great to work with. This company though literally refused to give us our golf carts back until they got the whopping $80 for their ridiculously overpriced bids. Then when they got the check, they didn't show up with the golf carts to give back. I'm calling the police today if they do not deliver them back to the facility. Do not do business with this company. just awful, and I would give 0 stars if I could"
