"The amenities are wonderful!! Unfortunately the homes are not. They changed the floor plan of my brothers home without telling his family. They got rid of a hall closet as well without notice. So there is no hall closet for the upstairs bathroom. Unfortunately they were tied to the house because they signed The contract to build the home with a lower price then the homes were selling at the time they saw the changes the builder did.. VERY SHADEY MOVE BY THE BUILDERS!! The fence lines between the houses have a large gap on the bottoms that make out dangerous if you or your neighbors have dogs. They also didn't get to choose the color of the flooring, carpet or cabinets. Which is one of the exciting things to do when purchasing a home.."
