"It is Jan 14 2024 at 2130 at night. Bad weather in San Antonio, Tx. I asked Chad if I prepay for coffee for the homeless how can they get it? Chad ignored me I repeated mu question again and still no response, a another worker walked up who are recognized and I said hey how to hide prepay and how do I know they’re gonna get a coffee and she said well I don’t know we’re all getting off chef here soon and then Chad piped up and said” I can’t help you” The other worker told me I need to speak up Mary the manager, which wouldn’t be till tomorrow, which defeats the purpose of me, trying to pay it forward by pre-paying some coffee for some homeless people. So Way to go Circle K store number is. 2741835"
"If I managed this place, I'd be embarrassed. Nobody is accountable for ordering things out of stock. So they'll go sometimes weeks to over a month without some nicotine products, and its "nobody's fault. " also, nobody will ever answer the phone, so if i want to call and check if they have what i want or not, I'll never know, and often leave disappointed. I avoid this store completely now and just go to the 711 down the street."
"Two issues make this Circle K location bad. 1. Why close the restroom saying it's closed for cleaning. The guy at the register ain't cleaning it and the the guy/gal prepping food for morning ain't cleaning it. This happens at 10pm nightly. Explain why? 2. The guy with glasses and longer hair at the register needs to be coached. I bout a 99 cent fountain drink and the total was $1.07. I gave him $1.10. He put it in drawer and shut it. He then snapped as I stood there. He asked, "oh, do you need your 3 cents" ? I just turned and walked out. Does he think people are just going to give him 1 to 5 cents like they are filthy rich. That's almost like having a store round up purchases to the nearest nickel. Say your total is $1.01, they'd charge $1.05. My total was $1.07 and your cashier acted as if $1.10 was owed. Crazy!"
