"Beautiful area for a walk"
"This is an interesting place but very difficult to find. I drove around Grady Niblo Estates for at least half an hour before finding someone who could tell me where it was. There’s no signage at all. If you want to visit, enter the subdivision off Grady Niblo (it’s well marked). Look for the large retention pond or drainage area on your right. On the north side is a well-maintained grassy area shaded by trees. Follow that around the big recessed area, then along the fence line of the houses. Eventually—maybe half a mile—you’ll see the farmstead buildings. But, they are surrounded by locked chainlink fencing. Hopefully the City or State will provide directional signage and make the area more accessible"
