"UPDATE: Spring 2019 - High Point reached out to me and listened and they are more than making up for the oversight and helping me with another trip. They are responsive and on the ball, and I am changing my rating to 4 stars. Andrew Smith, one of their account executives, is good to work with! ORIGINAL POST: I would be hesitant to recommend this agency - especially if you are a mission team traveling internationally. Slower service. Should have monitored fares as they dropped, did not set expectations about seating which cost our team more money, not responsive, did not even give our names to the airline, so had to wait until they could correct in order to get seats."
