This site holds historic structures that were originally owned by Everard Sharrock Jr. and have a documented ownership dating back to the Peters Colony settlement. The log cabin, hand-dug well, root cellar, and log barn were all constructed in 1847, while the farmhouse is believed to date from the late 1800s to early 1900s. A plank barn on the property is thought to date from the 1920s to 1930s, and the date of the chicken coop is unknown.
