"I am a service advisor with a large RV Dealer. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Customer service is not great at all. when calling I sit on hold for over an hour. Today I have been on the phone for almost 2 hours and nothing is getting done. I have talked to 4 people and each one of them was unable to help me. They just put me back on hold for someone else to deal with. instead of transferring me to someone that can help. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. Don't even get me going on trying to get paid for work they approved."

"This has been going on since June 1st 2023. We have been fighting with Amynta Group to send the check for the GAP coverage that was paid for, gap coverage we asked for, gap coverage that is supposed to cover the difference between the blue book value of the vehicle that was totaled, and the rest of the loan. Coverage we accepted as an insurance policy that IF anything happened we would be covered, 5 1/2 months later we still have no check. They sent the 2nd check to the dealership we bought the vehicle from almost 2 years ago. Why when the car lot has nothing to do with the loan, or the vehicle after you leave the lot. The first check they sent to the bank (loan people) after the loan was paid off because we had to continue to make payment on a totaled vehicle so credit wouldn’t go bad. So the bank sent a letter to Amynta Group explaining the loan was closed sent the check back and stated in the letter the funds owed need to be sent to us directly. So why send the second check to the dealership? They finally put a stop payment on that check to dealership and said they had to wait to get the check back before sending us out money. Why when there was a stop payment on it? I was so mad I asked for a supervisor and the guy refused and said they will tell me same thing. I said idc then I will speak to their supervisor so he put me on hold for a couple minutes came back said he talked it over with supervisor and they were supposed to issue the check yesterday, called back today still no check issued. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY FIGHT YOU AND LEAD YOU AROUND AND MAKE IT SO YOU WANT TO GIVE UP. IF YOU HAVE USED THEM DO NOT GIVE UP ON IT KEEP GOING TIL YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. I will be calling everyday now until we get ours."
