"Last 3 times has been a mess. Weeks ago got bread that almost seemed raw. Couple weeks ago got bread that was like it was old and it was crumbling and today got a gondola that seem bread was made a few days ago and left out and my garlic bread is half burned and kinda undone"

"Visiting folks from out of town and tried this for the first time based on good reviews online. We definitely learned our lesson after everyone we asked locally said this is a fast food italian at best, we thought it was going to be a good sit in restaurant. The sauce was good but noodles blandly boiled, everything served on thin Styrofoam plates and didn't matter what you ordered it all tasted the same. We got 3 different dishes. The girl at the counter was nice but I was really pushing for communication since it was my first time there. I would suggest ordering to go if anything to not have interactions."

"I will say the food is always good! The spaghetti fest bucket could be filled up more instead of half way but other then that I love this places food. On the other hand. No matter how many times me or my boyfriend or both of us go in the girls working are always extremely rude or disrespectful. I try to be understanding and smile at them but there customer service skills are very poor but as I said I'm understanding. It's 2023 no one wants to work or everyone's under staffed. So it's hard having good employees! I am extremely happy with how close these guys are to me! I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this place has been my biggest pregnancy cravings plus it's probably one of the only foods I can keep down!"

"Went late on a Wednesday...food was very good, plentiful and served hot quickly. Unique decorations that are terrific. However eating room is small. Was no problem for us, but when it gets busy might be a problem. They do a great job with carryout,!"

"WHAT HAPPENED?!? I grew up on La Gondola in Decatur, and usually the other locations have a similar taste… but this location missed the mark. The meatballs were half the size they have always been, and they had a weird taste to them. The garlic bread was good as usual. The service was good too, but the taste of the sauce and meatballs was not good. I will be trying other locations next time I’m around…"
