"We have been paying life insurance premiums to this company for twenty years. All of the sudden they stopped drafting the premiums from our checking account. We tried making phone calls to figure out what is going on. Everyone we spoke with claimed that they didn't know what the problem is. We finally got an agent to come to our home and help us. We decided to surrender our policies and cash in the surrender value. The agent only had two forms for this but we were surrendering five policies. He promised to be back in a few days with the necessary forms to finish our business. He never showed up or called us. We called him and he replied by text. He told us to call the sales manager. We did call him and he basically put us off. We are confident that we will never get a penny that we are owed. We are going to keep waiting and relying on God to help us. We will never do business with Reliable Life again! Their customer service is miserable. No confidence in this company whatsoever. God forbid we would have experienced a death in our family. The thought of obtaining a death benefit from Reliable is scary. Until we see some professional service from this company, they are nothing but a scam. We need to see some surrender checks in the mail very soon. Their staff is rude and obnoxious. Do not buy life insurance from Reliable Life!!!!!"
