"Angie and Franciso were amazing sellers. I was researching and looking around for a mountain bike and saw that they had a deal with one of their bikes. So I decided to go personally to the store and they helped me out with the purchase from the beginning to the end and recommended me and fitted me out for the right bike for me and ended out with an amazing Mountain Bike with the brand named Fuji. They allowed me to test the bike at the site. The one they had for viewing was a medium and Angie was eye fitting for me and suggested that I go a size higher with a large according to my height. Luckily they had it on stock at the warehouse and said I needed to wait which was OK for me and decided to purchase it. The built was fast as It was thanksgiving as I bought the bike on Saturday and received it Tuesday 2 days before thanksgiving. I tested it during Thanksgiving day in one of the trails and I can say that this bike is the right fit for me! They even recommended some bike trails that I can try in the future such as Spider Mountain. I love the customer service they provided and welcomed me to the Playtri family. If you need bikes I would definitely go check them out as there was no pressure to buy and I really loved their hospitality and the concern and the love they gave."
