"Couldn't believe how quickly I got my tires. I live in Houston and have been waiting for a week for an online order from another supplier to even create a shipping label for my product. As I am building my bike this weekend I called Empire YESTERDAY at 4:15pm to ask how fast I could get my product if I ordered right then. I was surprised when he said TOMORROW. I ordered the tire 5 minutes later and got the tire delivered TODAY at 12:02 PM. WOW... As long as Empire has my next part I will never order anywhere else again. Thanks Guys for amazing service."

"I've purchased 3 bikes in the past year from empire bikes. I personally don't like ordering things online or assembling anything myself that I've purchased. The employees in the store have helped me pick out exactly what I want each time I buy a new bike. They also help me pick out items to upgrade the bikes, because I really don't know what's what with BMX bikes. If your looking at a bike for your kids or yourself don't waste time online. Just stop by the store and they'll help you pick out exactly what you need and as you get better at riding they'll help you upgrade your bike."
