"The lady amanda that works at customer service was super rude and would not abide by j c penney's return policy. Every year I buy about 2 to $300 worth of stuff from JC Penney's. No more, I'll just order from Walmart. Online cause you can get the stuff three times cheaper."
"I was a walk in at their hair salon and the lady who started to cut my hair cut a big chunk out the back!!! I was horrified!!!! She then proceeded to tell me she was sending me to another stylist who would be cutting my hair. 70.00 dollars later, extremely short haircut(no at all what I ask for) and not one apology!! This was a traumatic experience, never again!!!"
