"The store itself is great and is filled to the brim with anything and everything that you can attach to the roof of a car, but the customer service is even better. I accidentally walked away with the wrong clamps and was sent the correct ones via mail (along with a slip for returning the incorrect ones) since I live an hour or so outside of Austin. "Arriving only 20 minutes before closing, both employees were extremely helpful. They took the time to hear our situation, then show us all the possible options that could meet our needs. Once they guided us to the best solution, they fully explained the bike rack operation, which was not trivial. Follow our purchase and training, they even continued outside and helped us install the rack on our vehicle. All in all a great experience!"
