"If you are looking for help with your car look no further than this place! This is customer service!! So I bought a used car. And I do my own oil changes. But this used car that I bought, I could not get the oil filter off, not to mention I had other things to do. First, I went to my local gas station. They told me to come another day because they were busy. So I decided to try the local mechanic, the manager looked at me and told me they have to go to lunch. 3rd,I decided to try pro-auto. I passed this place several times very skeptical about this place. But I decided to give it a shot since I had nothing to lose. The manager Lee helped me right away! My oil filter was loose in 2 minutes. He even inspected my used car and told me there is no major problems. I said, how much I owe you, after all I did take up his time. He said “ don’t worry about it.” That day, I found good customer service when I needed it the most!"
