"Of all the Shooting Ranges, I like Carter's Country the best! Why? Well...it might be because I have the most fun there and in a safe environment closely monitored by the RSO's. It might be because I'm outdoors and get to enjoy some fresh air mixed with the smell of burning propellant! It might be because I can shoot my rifles, pistols, shotguns, even Percussion firearms. But at the end of the day, it's because I am in control of what I am shooting and can take my targets home later to analyze what my handloads did and why. I also really appreciate the huge selection of quality firearms at reasonable prices, and also any reloading supplies I need. If they don't have the gun you want, ask the sales associate to order it! "At another sporting good store, which will let remain anonymous to protect the stupid. I had bought a brand new $400 scope and had it mounted on my new Begara rifle. I noticed that my scope was loose. So I took it to Carter country and these wonderful employees remounted my scope with brand new rings and bases, bided it and took it outside and shooting at 100 yards perfectly for me for a little over $100 which was absolutely cheap from most places. employees at Carter Country cannot be beat with their knowledge of guns, ammunition, and reloading devices. And if you decide to bring your children along, they’re full body mounts of different animals from all of the world. I’m sure will impress them. The shooting range is laid out very professionally and has safety attendants there to guide people to be more safe when discharging a firearm,to me is a big asset. They also have a trap and skeet range at that’s what turns you on. Also, they teach concealed handgun classes on Wednesday for those who wish to have that privilege when they walk about in public."
