"Edit 10/5/23 I had previously given them 5 stars for their service, but after today's conversation with Jose, I have to give a 1 star review. I now live in the Philippines and I called to request information on some very simple parts: bearings for my front and rear wheels. Should be simple right? They have my serial number. After many minutes on hold, Jose came back and said he couldn't get the information and that he would need to call Trek directly. No big deal, I understand. Then I asked him about the bottom bracket bearings. I get a lecture over how I'm going to need special tools to do this. I inform him that I know this, that I can get the special tools, I just need to know what the bearings are so I can preorder those and have them sent to my Mom's place, as she is preparing a box to ship from the USA to the Philippines. It turned into such an awkward conversation, and I could tell he wasn't really interested in helping me secure the parts, like it was too much of an issue. So much for after the sale customer service! It's too bad, because I had a friend here in the Philippines that was interested in purchasing a bike from them. That won't happen now."
