"I’m a regular at this location. Last night I pulled up at 8:30 pm, and they locked the doors. All of them were talking in the back, and one man was by the front cashier. I worked at a clothing store for seven years, and if you apply in an outlet/mall setting, be prepared for late customers. It was a random night for me, and I wanted to check out the store. Whoever is the manager late night shift on June 9 needs to step up their game and be a better manager. December 29th night shift employees are the worst and night shift managers"
"I always have a good experience at this Lulu. They have great stock and helpful employees. And the sale rack always has some good finds too. I come every time I’m at this shopping center."
"Absolutely horrible. I have shopped with lululemon for years and will always choose to shop online instead of going to this particular location due their employees especially the curly haired blonde manager and the way their team collectively treats POC shoppers compared to others. Today I had came in to shop for a jacket only available at this location, I tried multiple times to get the attention and ask for help from a group of their employees who were using their phones. They looked at me like I’m crazy and acted as if they didn’t hear me. Okay not a problem i assumed they were having a meeting and I end up finding the jacket on my own, I continue to shop around and start observing two employees side eyeing me and one following me as if I plan to steal something? I make my way to checkout after this whole weird scenario and am left even more embarrassed as the cashier carried out a TSA style inspection of the jacket I’m purchasing, checking all of the pockets of the jacket I’m buying as if I shoved other items in there and rolling her eyes when I tried to ask why I had to show my ID?? I didn’t see the other customers getting checkout like this so why am I getting this treatment and being singled out? I am honestly heartbroken and embarrassed. This is not the first time something like this has happened with me at this location and ultimately I am speaking up in hopes to change whatever work culture they have. Today’s treatment was absolutely sickening and ultimately displayed the way they treat POC customers. To think sugar lands population has a huge East and south asian community yet the majority of their employees don’t represent that diversity and instead treat us like second class citizens even though we spend so much money here is appalling. I hope something changes here because no customer should be treated like this by a brand that says they are “inclusive”."
"I went to this store yesterday looking for tank top. When I walked in, there was nobody (Tuesday afternoon around 4 o'clock). I tried to find what I want by myself. Then a black lady looked likes store manager came out, she was on the phone. After she finished her phone call, we looked each other 1 second, she had no smile or any welcome words to me. Fine. But when a 50 year olds white lady walked in, she immediately welcomed her and tried to tell her what's the new. Same situation happened 2 times!! Okay, now you just assume I'm a Asian girl(I'm 26 but she probably thought I'm a teenager) can't afford anything in this store? Come on, even when I shopped at Louis Vuitton, everybody friendly to me. I was so mad yesterday, but I still bought two tank tops because that's why I stopped by first colony mall. Never came back this store. BTW other 2 young girls were friendly."
