"We had an appointment at 930 AM Checked in at 925 AM My kid had school that day and I had to be back to work. They made us waited an hour in exam room and when I asked that my kid had to he at school and I have to be at work ? Front desk had a very flat response “ We can reschedule you ?” I mean I took off from work and kid missed school and this is what front desk has a solution ? They said there was another patient ahead of us ! And their appointment was at 9 AM? So why we were not seen ontime since we were here at 930 AM ???? Front desk lady first said there was one patient ahead of me, but Doctor went to see another patient before us and front desk lied to us on our face. And on another note , if we are late like only 10 min due to traffic or any other unpredictable reason they will refuse to take us and send out the door. Dr wynn is one of the best Doctor but unfortunately the front staff and schedulers are worst in industry. As Im writing this, I am still waiting for the Doctor and it has been one hour already on a school day and my work day."

"Waited a very long time and then felt like they weren’t interested in learning much about our daughter. We weren’t rushed but they didn’t ask many questions, they would have no idea if our daughter is healthy or not. Luckily she is but there didn’t seem to be a genuine desire to provide good care. Then when we were leaving they couldn’t find our insurance card for about 3 minutes. Definitely won’t be retuning."

"I’m angry and disappointed so this is going to be a long review. Associates has been an absolutely terrible pediatrics experience. We saw various doctors over the course of a year for my son and I think we only ever saw a doctor on time once. They make you think they are running on time by taking you back into an office relatively close to your appointment time, but then after the nurse sees you, we’ve consistently waited at least 45 min to see the doctor. On average, I’d estimate the difference between our appointment time and when we actually see the doctor is an hour to 75 minutes - sometimes more. Running that late all of the time is so ridiculous - they need a new office manager or the doctors need to focus on care and schedule less patients. Their lack of timeliness had me wanting to change, as well as the fact that they never seem to remember anything about my son. But since they were a part of my son’s medical history and were his doctors when he was hospitalized, I had a hard time doing so. What sealed the decision to leave was how they intended to handle my newborn. She was born 2 days ago - Associates saw her in the hospital. I call to make the follow up visit and they have no appointments to see her for 2 weeks! They are supposed to see her within 2-3 days! The receptionist didn’t see the issue with this problem and told me it was a busy time of year due to school physicals. She said she would need special permission to squeeze us in. We know how on time they are when they don’t squeeze you in, so that immediately sounded like a nightmare. I can’t believe a medical practice would be okay with not seeing a newborn for 2 weeks, showing how little this practice is focused on actual care of the patient. I called a new office and was able to get an appointment with a pediatrician who will see my brand new baby daughter tomorrow because they understand how important that is. I also immediately changed my 2 year old’s care to that practice. Don’t waste your time at Associates. I’m sure some of the doctors there care but not enough to work to change the practice they’re a part of. Also - it is VERY telling how that office is run when you notice that only positive reviews on Google get responses."

"Great doctors but the management of their facilities is under a horrible team! They take you in and then make you wait at least an hour. Why not take a few less patients and work on reducing the wait! Try to understand the fact that your patients are little kids and getting them stuck in a tiny room for an hour doesn’t really help anyone. Never going to this place again even if they are the last facility in town to see our child. I wish there was an option of no star at all."

"Never call them for sick appointments! You will end up wasting your time. They won’t give sick appointment if u call in afternoon so your child can get sick only in early mornings and office is closed for lunch time from 12-1:30pm, you can’t leave a message. My 2yr old had high fever and they kept putting me on hold and were transferring from nurse to front desk and then disconnected the call..Imagine you do that to parents with sick child. It went on for at least 1-2hrs and later they suggested to go to ER or take appointment for next day which If i cancel they will charge. So, if you are up all night with your sick kid and by mistake slept in the morning you will again left wt no appointment. Wait time is ridiculous on phone but doctors will spend only 10minutes with you! Dr. Roopal is the only reason I come here but other than that poor customer service, big loop hole the way they handle patients. Nurse service is additional charges if u call on weekends. No online customer portal! Clinics are for help patients and not to make unnecessary money and waste time!"
