"The most compassionate staff that truly want to ensure comfort during visits. They are very kind and through. In addition they want to ensure clients understand their billing and payments so they will review if needed. Our 2 1/2 year old is seen here having her second dental appointment with the Elgin dental associates team. They made her feel special and had all the right tricks to have her be calm and excited for her visit. We prepped her with a book that was almost identical to the experience she had during visit. "This is my second time being here at this location. My first experience was great , happy and satisfied. My second experience septiembre 05/23 was over my expectations. The girl that did my teeth cleaning was extremely good she did really had work and very patient care and professional. In a fact every one is friendly, smile at this location, no judgment or hassle. Every person is enthusiastic and happy Although i made a mistake on my appointment and that got fixed with a phone cal and i am in again. Elgin dental care here is extremely flexible with schedule or appointments. Love it here and overall dental work here is absolutely good.
