"This place is ran by an operations director that specializes in feeling superior amongst her workers by micromanaging everyone constantly and doesn’t take any opinions/suggestions into consideration. She is only worried about her bonus money by making sure the numbers look great on her end and will push workers to reach her goals in a warehouse system that is never running properly. The conveyor belt where containers of medicine are placed is never working properly because of her wanting to save budget, so more money goes into her pockets. She will have associates/leads running around collecting these containers to make sure they’re shipped out on time so her numbers aren’t affected. I also have seen easily over 20+ people leave that building under this management. Due to the constant fluctuation of people leaving the job, the work days can vary from 45-50 hour work weeks to 35-40 hour work weeks, it is never consistent. The management she has in the building are in position to not challenge her ideas and to make sure workers are doing the work no matter the inefficient conditions. If you aren’t obedient and spineless, she will put you in positions to feel uncomfortable through her supervisors. If a coworker accuses you of something for their own benefit, management will run with that person’s narrative without even talking to you at all."

I go to check in hi ask me if i read the paper they place in the cage , i say yes its say no hoode or sweeter whit pocket i was in t-shirt , i ask Manager can u read that bycose im in T-shirt he came out read and go inside not aloving me to check in inside like i always do teling me im Manager then i tell him im Driver. Thats was crazy , i park on front for few min then hi came whit some lady telling me hi will raport me to the office bycose im here , i dont get out from truck just drive out.
